1.Proof of Inaccessibility:

   - It is the responsibility of the customer to provide sufficient evidence demonstrating their inability to access the course content. This may include, but is not limited to, screenshots, error messages, and other relevant documentation.

 

2. Submitting a Claim:

   - If you believe you are unable to access the content, please contact our support team immediately at info@gamtpedia.com with the subject line “Access Issue - [Your Course Name]”.

   - Provide a detailed description of the problem, including the steps you have taken to try to access the content.

   - Attach all necessary evidence, such as screenshots and error messages, to support your claim.

3. Review Process

   - Upon receiving your claim, our technical team will review the provided evidence.

   - We may reach out to you for further information or clarification if necessary.

   - The review process may take up to 10 business days.

4. Resolution:

   - If our team confirms that you are unable to access the content due to a fault on our end, we will either:

     - Provide you with an alternative way to access the course content.

     - Issue a refund if access cannot be restored, in compliance with RBI guidelines.

   - If the issue is found to be due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customer’s device compatibility, internet connection issues), no refund will be provided.
